The new public management, looking for the universality 

One central concept in the NPM is the management by results, which is a management approach that seeks to increase the effectiveness and impact of public policies, through greater accountability of staff by the results of their management. This concept can be seen in the implementation of incentives, which derive from the idea of the best way to get something done is to provide a reward to people when they act the way we want them to.

The relevance for this topic in my career lies in the fact that this is a much debated topic by intellectuals of the area of public administration, and with respect to my future work, this is a reform that is currently applying to the State, and to continue in the future, what will be something that everyone who works in the State must know. 

This issue is related to current Chile problematic as this reform seeks, ultimately, an effective service provision by the state, which is always an important issue for society.

Today i´m going to talk about the website El mostrador

One of the sites I visit more is elmostrador.cl, because is a digital newspaper centered in the political and the economics news. Also the section I most read is the blogs and opinion. This website is distributed in twelve sections, included the front. The other sections are: country, world, markets, culture, online life, logs and opinion, unedited, newsstand, multimedia, sports, disclaimers. On the top of the front page is show the main news, and down, the news sorted by relevance and date. The main feature, and the reason because I like this website, is the amount of analysis and review blogs that displays the website, which are related whit public polices issues related to the State. This day i'm going to talk about Motörhead

Motörhead is a band founded in England in the year 1975 for Lemmy Kilmister, the only member of the band who has remained in the band until this day. His first album was the homonym “Motörhead”, released in 1977. His most important album was “ace of spades”, which reached the 4° position in he U.K. list of hits, and the song “ace of spades” is the most famous song of the band.

The type of music with which the group is related is usually the heavy metal, but Lemmy described his music as rock and roll (thing that is not very far from the truth)

What I like of the band is his rhythm, the direct of his music and their simplicity.
My favourite song is “born to Raise Hell” from the album “bastards”, because it has very good chorus, and an attractive rhythm.

my biography

Hi, my name is José Muñoz, I´m a student at the Universidad de Chile, I was born on September 9^th, 1990 in Santiago, in the commune of providencia. In my childhood I lived in the commune of La florida with my parents and my brother in our first house. we later moved to another house when my sister was born. 

I went to the Liceo Camilo Ortuzart Montt for my elementary and highschool education. When I left the school I enter to the Universidad de Santiago to the career of international relations, but I left in the middle of the year because I don´t like the career. 

My hobbies are watch series in the tv or in my computer, play sport, read books of science fiction and play games in my computer
